You can contact us by email, phone or online form and tell us your requirements and specifications for your custom plush toy. We will provide you with a free quote and a design sketch based on your information. If you agree with our offer, we will send you an invoice and start working on your prototype.

How much does it cost to make a custom plush toy?
The cost of a custom plush toy depends on size, design complexity, materials, packaging and quantity, so we quote every project individually rather than publishing a price list.
Sample / prototype: US$150–300 per design depending on size and complexity, including 2–3 rounds of revisions. The sample fee is refunded on orders of 3,000 pieces or more.
Unit price: our minimum is 500 pieces per design, and the unit cost falls meaningfully between 500 and 3,000 pieces. Send us your artwork, target size and quantity and we will return a quotation within 1–3 days.
Shipping: quoted separately by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight or sea freight. Freight is estimated at quotation and reconfirmed about a week before shipment.
How long does it take to make a custom plush toy?
The timeline depends on design complexity, order size and how quickly approvals come back, but a typical project runs like this:
Design consultation: a few days to two weeks, depending on revisions.
Sample / prototype: 7–10 days from confirmed artwork, with 2–3 rounds of revisions included.
Sample approval: usually a few days on your side.
Bulk production: 40–45 days after sample approval; a 20–25-day rush schedule is available when capacity allows.
Shipping: express 3–7 business days, air freight about a week, sea freight roughly 20–30 days to most destinations.
In total, plan on about 10–12 weeks from brief to delivery by sea, or 6–7 weeks with rush production and air freight.
What materials are used in making custom plush toys?
Our custom plush toys are made from high-quality materials, including soft, durable fabrics like soft velboa, spandex boa, acrylic and hi-pile. The stuffing is made from hypoallergenic polyester fiberfill, ensuring a soft and safe product for customers of all ages. We also use high-quality embroidery and printing techniques to create your custom design.
