Aokuma Toy is a custom plush toy manufacturer with a factory in Dongguan, Guangdong, China and a design team in China and the Philippines. We serve business customers (brands, retailers, studios, agencies and organisations) who order custom plush toys, mascots and stuffed animals in bulk. 2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, fill in a contact form, start a live chat, message us on WhatsApp, subscribe to our catalog, or create an account, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, company, email address, phone number, country, project description, artwork or reference images, quantities and delivery details.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we and our service providers collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring page and time on site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in section 4.
Order information. If you place an order or sample request through the site, we collect billing and shipping details needed to fulfil it. Payments are handled by our payment provider or by bank transfer; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
