Custom Anime and Gaming Plush Manufacturer for Licensees and Creators
Anime and game fans notice everything — the hair spikes, the eye shape, the exact shade of the costume. We manufacture character plush for animation studios, game publishers, licensed merchandise companies, convention vendors and independent creators with original characters, from 500 pieces per character, with a physical sample in 7–10 days. Licensed characters are produced only for the rights holder or an authorised licensee.

Who This Page Is For
We are a bulk manufacturer, not a one-off commission service. If you fit one of these four profiles, we can help; if you want a single plush of your favourite character, a commission artist is the right partner.
Studios & publishers
Official plush for your own anime, manga, VTuber or game IP — for your online store, events and retail partners.
Licensed merchandise companies
You hold a licence and need a factory the licensor will approve, that can hit the style guide and the convention date.
Convention & retail vendors
Exclusives and small series for convention tables and specialist stores — with the licence or the creator’s authorisation in place.
Indie creators & OC owners
Your original character, from a reference sheet or a rough sketch, produced at 500 pieces for a crowdfunding campaign or your first merch drop.
From Character Sheet to Plush: Getting the Details Right
Character accuracy is the whole job. This is where the design work happens before a single panel is cut.
What we obsess over
- Hair and silhouette — volume, spikes and flow built in fabric and stuffing, not just printed on.
- Eyes and expression — embroidered or appliquéd to match the character sheet; printed eyes only where the style calls for it.
- Costume and props — weapons, ears, tails, horns and accessories engineered to be sewn-in for safety or removable for collectors.
- Proportions — chibi / SD, standard or realistic, agreed on the turnaround drawing before sampling.
- Colour — fabric and thread matched to the official palette or your Pantone references, with lab dips on request.
What we need from you
- A character reference sheet or turnaround (front, side, back) — or concept art and a rough sketch for original characters.
- Style preference: chibi / SD, standard, large display or body-pillow format.
- Who owns the character and, for licensed IP, the licensor's sample-approval process.
- Quantity per character, target size, and the date you need stock in hand.
- Packaging: hang tag artwork, polybag or box, and any barcode or legal-line requirements.

Licensed IP, Original Characters and Deadlines
Licensed characters. We manufacture licensed anime and game characters only for the rights holder or an authorised licensee, and we sign an NDA before receiving artwork. The factory holds Disney FAMA and NBCUniversal approvals and can supply the audit documents a Japanese, Korean or Western licensor asks for. Details on our brands and licensed IP page.
Original characters. Indie creators and VTuber talent are welcome. Your OC is protected under the same NDA, and we can work from a polished reference sheet or a rough sketch.
Convention deadlines. Count back 10–12 weeks from the show: 1–2 weeks for turnaround drawing and sample, 40–45 days for production, and 20–30 days of sea freight — or air freight and a 20–25-day rush schedule when the calendar is tight. Convention season slots fill early; book as soon as your dates are fixed.
Anime & Gaming Plush FAQ
Can you reproduce a complex anime character design in plush?
Yes. Our designers work from reference sheets and turnarounds and have produced mecha, creatures, chibi and standard-proportion characters with detailed hair, costumes and props. We flag at the drawing stage anything that will not read at plush scale and propose an embroidery, appliqué or print alternative; 2–3 sample revisions are included.
Do you make plush of licensed anime characters?
Only for the rights holder or an authorised licensee. If you hold a licence, tell us the licensor and their approval process and we will supply the factory documentation and route samples through their sign-off. We do not produce unlicensed character merchandise.
I am an independent creator with an original character. Can you help?
Yes. Original characters are welcome from 500 pieces, and we can develop a plush design from a reference sheet or a rough sketch. Your character is covered by an NDA from the first email.
What is the minimum order?
500 pieces per character design. Several characters can run together — each needs its own sample — and we can schedule them to ship in one consignment.
Can I get samples and stock in time for convention season?
A sample takes 7–10 days and standard production 40–45 days, so brief us 10–12 weeks before the show. If the date is closer, a 20–25-day rush schedule plus air freight can bring the total to roughly 6–7 weeks; we will confirm what is realistic when you tell us the date.
Which sizes and styles are best sellers?
Chibi / SD keychains and 20–30 cm standard plush account for most convention and online sales; large display pieces sell in smaller numbers at a higher margin. Most first orders are one hero size plus a keychain.
Are the toys safety-tested?
Yes. Every order is tested to EN71, ASTM F963 or CPSIA for the market it sells in and passes four metal-detection checkpoints and unit-by-unit QC at our factory in Dongguan. Age grade and warning labels are set at the briefing stage.
Ready to Turn Your Characters Into Plush?
